Susan Davies, M.D.
Dr. Susan Davies is the owner and founder of Davies Fertility & IVF Specialists, S.C.. Dr. Davies is double board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI). She completed both her OB residency and REI fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
During her successful career, she has been recognized with numerous awards and honors, including Administrative Chief Resident, Woman of the Year, and the Gold Star Award for Outstanding Patient Care. Dr. Davies has an extensive research background involving various aspects of infertility. She has authored numerous publications in her field and has presented at both national and international meetings. Her areas of interest include in vitro fertilization, fertility preservation, male factor infertility, and ovulation induction. Dr. Davies has been practicing since 1996.
Lisa Ray, M.S., E.L.D.
Lisa joins Davies Fertility & IVF Specialists, S.C., as our head embryologist and laboratory director.
She holds a Master of Science degree in reproductive physiology from Southern Illinois University and is a certified Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD) by the American Board of Bioanalysts. She has worked in the field for over twenty years and currently directs five IVF laboratories around the United States. Lisa is also certified as a technical supervisor in both embryology and andrology. She is a member of ASRM, SRBT, and ABB. She is dedicated to helping people achieve their dream of becoming parents.

Aanal Nanavati, PA-C
Aanal is a Physician Assistant at Davies Fertility & IVF Specialists, S.C. and has worked alongside Dr. Susan Davies since 2006. Being one of the very few physician assistants specializing in reproductive endocrinology, Aanal brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience to our team.
Aanal received her undergraduate training in biology and chemistry from Lake Forest College, in Lake Forest, Illinois. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Health and Sciences, in North Chicago, Illinois. Prior to pursuing physician assistant education, Aanal also worked as a research and development scientist at Abbott Laboratories.
Aanal has a strong interest in women’s health issues, and understands the sensitive nature of fertility treatment. Aanal is fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Shannon Davies, M.A.
Shannon is the Practice & Billing Manager for Davies Fertility & IVF Specialists, S.C.. She has many years of customer service experience, including the areas of medical billing, insurance inquiries, scheduling, and staffing.
She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Interior Design. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Erica Vago, R.D.M.S.
Erica is a registered medical sonographer with over twenty years of experience in Women’s Health, which includes fertility and high-risk OB care. Erica has been with Davies Fertility and IVF Specialists, S.C. since 2015. When Erica is not helping with our patients, she loves spending time with her family and dogs.
Diana Delatre, MA-CPT
Diana is our medical assistant/certified phlebotomy technologist with over twenty years of experience in the medical field including neurology and conducting clinical studies. She loves spending time with her family, reading, exercising, baking, playing with her sometimes too adventurous cat and dogs, traveling and smiling! Smiling is her favorite 🙂

Lindsay Fritts, R.D.M.S.
Lindsay has a degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasonography. The majority of her career has been spent working with fertility patients, and she has a passion for education and new technology.
When at home, Lindsay loves sharing time with her family and two kitties, and enjoys cooking. Her newest hobby is refinishing furniture.
Amanda Madsen, R.N., CBC
Amanda has 5 years of fertility experience working at other clinics as well as 8 years working as a Mother-Baby nurse. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Campaigns and worked in marketing for 13 years.
When becoming an IVF patient herself, Amanda discovered her passion for women’s health and decided to pursue her nursing degree. Her empathy for the patient’s fertility experience is what drives her to deliver patient care that strengthens trust, and makes every individual feel heard and supported during their fertility journey.
