Financial Guidance

Insurance Coverage
We are committed to helping our patients navigate their insurance policies to fully understand the fertility benefits allowed per each individual plan.  We are contracted with all major medical insurance companies.  Prior to our patient’s initial consultation, we will verify the fertility coverage benefits, so that our patient has an understanding of what is covered for their fertility treatment.  Our team members are here to help you by providing insurance knowledge and assistance for your specific fertility journey. We advocate on your behalf to the insurance companies.  We can also provide suggestions and guidance with available financial packages that may complement your treatments.

As the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) does not cover IVF treatment, veterans without commercial health insurance tend to face high costs. To help veterans and their eligible family members get access to the fertility treatments they need, we have partnered with EMD Serono. The Compassionate Corp Program provides free medication to eligible, uninsured veterans with service-related injuries and their spouses for up to two cycles per year. Those veterans who are not eligible are encouraged to apply for the Compassionate Care Program. To learn more, simply visit fertilitylifelines.com.

Compassionate Care Program

Through our Compassionate Care Program, you can enjoy a discount of up to 75 percent off select EMD Serono medications, depending on your income, when paying out of pocket for fertility treatment. This can be especially helpful for those who have limited insurance benefits. By paying out of pocket for the medications through the Compassionate Care Program, you can preserve your insurance coverage to pay for actual procedures. Save on Medications with the Go Direct to Savings Program

Another way to help with the high cost of medication is with the Go Direct To Savings discount program. This program can save you nearly 10 percent on Gonal-f®, Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe and Cetrotide® medication with every cycle. To learn more, fertilitylifelines.com.

Reduce Medication Costs with the Co-Pay Savings Card

The cost of fertility drugs can add up quickly when one is on daily treatment. To alleviate some of the cost, we’ve partnered with EMD Serono to bring you savings on your medication expenses — even if it’s just on your insurance co-pays. The Gonal-f® Co-Pay Savings Program can save you up to $250 on your prescriptions for Gonal-f, Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe and Cetrotide®. So whether your medication is covered by insurance or not, it’s a good idea to request a card from one of our financial counselors and see how much you could save.
