Dr. Davies has been practicing since 1996. But why did she choose to practice Reproductive Endocrinology? Here’s what she had to say:
Why did you choose to become a fertility doctor?
"I became a doctor because I truly love helping people. I chose the field of Reproductive Endocrinology because I knew it would be a very interesting and challenging area of medicine, where I could contribute to helping people create a family. Through my experience, I have learned that my work in infertility takes a team of passionate, caring people to help patients navigate their individual journey during a time of extreme vulnerability. We all contribute and try our best to help support each patient, while utilizing amazing technology which is constantly evolving. I have also learned that sometimes there are additional factors that are beyond our control, which can also contribute to whether or not we are successful. It is this gray area that I find most intriguing, and we are always looking forward to finding new ways to help our patients. I am beyond thankful that patients place their trust in me and my team. I will always try my hardest to respectfully fulfill their dreams of becoming parents."
